We have also conducted a free bus service under the tag line of Joy Bangla Bus Service on certain specified three routes which interconnected parts of Kolkata successfully with stipulated timings so as to benefit the daily commuters. The service was operated in the concept of pre-booking following the covid norms issued by the government like 50% passenger capacity and not allowing any passenger without mask was strictly followed. Within a short time, this service became immensely popular among Kolkata, as many needy people and office commuters in absence of local trains during the ongoing pandemic got help from our bus service. The routes that we had formulated are:  
i)                    Dum Dum Chiria More - Howrah Maidan via Central Avenue, MG Road, Howrah Station
ii)                  Howrah Maidan - Salt Lake Sector 5 via Esplanade, Moulali, Sealdah, Beliaghata, Karunamoyee
iii)                Salt Lake Sector 5 - Garia Stn. via Karunamoyee, Ultadanga, Esplanade, Rashbehari, Jadavpur, Patuli
With a huge amount of support from everyone, our Joy Bangla Bus Service along with Jatiyo Bangla Sonmelon was at the highest of demands among everyone. Media Coverage, Newspaper articles, concerned authorities; everyone supported us and helped the people to know about this service. Many commuters supported our initiative as a sign of trust by donating from small to big amounts in our donation box which was attached inside the bus. Special thanks to the bus owner Anish Bhowmik and his staff, this service ran proudly through the streets of Kolkata for 20 long days. With more demand increasing day by day, some students and their parents requested us to provide buses during the WBJEE exam, and according to their request we launched 8 different routes connecting Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly and 24 Parganas successfully. Pre-booking system through social media was again there keeping in mind all the covid protocols. Media coverage, local authorities and of course the commuters supported us very much and this one day exam special service helped each and every student who believed and supported us for this service. Joy Bangla Bus Service will be back on roads again whenever the people of Kolkata will need it.
